In 2024, the e-commerce market faces a conversion crisis, while generative artificial intelligence reaches maturity. The opportunity is clear: replace static forms with dynamic conversations. Reponse is an AI-powered conversational marketing platform designed for Shopify merchants, intercepting web traffic to engage and convert visitors in real-time.
Role
As co-founder and Head of Product, my mission covers the entire product spectrum. From the initial brand strategy to defining AI transactional flows, I ensure coherence between the long-term vision of an 'interfaceless' e-commerce and the immediate execution of the B2B conversational widget.
Productions
Building a B2B product from scratch means designing an identity that instantly inspires trust, technicality, and performance. The logotype revolves around a lowercase 'r' with fluid curves. Its open circular shape is not just an aesthetic choice: it symbolizes openness and direct access to data, an absolute paradigm shift for brands. The outer circle enclosing it reinforces this idea of a 360° ecosystem—protective and continuous, where the feedback loop never stops.

The typographic choice naturally fell on Inter. Designed specifically for digital interfaces, it embodies flawless technical precision. For a B2B SaaS tool, the goal is not to be exuberant, but to inspire absolute reliability and immediate data legibility.
The palette avoids the aggressive contrast of pure black and white. We use deep charcoals and bluish grays (#131722 / #D0D1D3) to soften the interface. The accent color, a vibrant green (#81BF37), evokes commercial performance (ideal for conversion) and subtly echoes the Shopify ecosystem, Reponse's core target market.
