Your data
Did you get a message from me? Here is, plainly, what I do with your data and how to make me stop.
Why I wrote to you
I wrote to you personally because you run an e-commerce brand or lead its growth, to suggest we work together, full-time or on a mission. This is business-to-business outreach related to your role, based on legitimate interest (GDPR, art. 6(1)(f)).
Who is responsible
Me, Vincent Redor. Any question: hello@vincentredor.com.
The data I use
Your name, role, company and work email address, plus the public information about your brand that I mention (a job post, a piece of news). No sensitive data. No open or click tracking in my emails.
Where it comes from
From a list of French e-commerce brands built by Reponse SAS, a company I founded, from public sources (brand websites, LinkedIn, press), completed with tools that find and verify work email addresses (Prospeo, Hunter, Apollo, Bouncer).
Who processes it
Only me. My messages are sent from Google Workspace (Gmail). Tracking lives in a tool hosted in the European Union (Supabase, Ireland), provided by Reponse SAS. Research and drafting are assisted by AI (Claude, by Anthropic); I read and approve every message before it goes out. Nothing is sold or shared.
How long
If you don’t reply, I delete your data at the latest three months after my last message. If you ask me to stop writing, I only keep your address on a do-not-contact list for three years, to make sure I never contact you again.
Your rights
Just reply “stop” to my message, or write to hello@vincentredor.com: objection, access, correction, deletion. I answer within a month. You can also contact the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
